Paul and Virginia (Non Series #109)
Just when I thought I had seen it all this ad popped up.
The Non Series version of this book was published in 1891, 1892 and 1898. The earlier books have nice gilt covers while the 1898 version has a cloth pictorial cover. Pictures are below.
This ad has no picture but does note that the "front board is detached". With this in mind the condition comment of used- acceptable is disingenuous. With this cover detached the condition is poor. But even in great condition without a jacket this book is not more than a $50 book.
$500- incomprehensible.
