Series Notes:
1. These books are basically hardcover comics.
2. Multicolored cartoon end papers which are the same for all of the books.
3. The earliest edition of Felix #1 has sixteen thick cardboard leafs (32 pages). The later edition has twenty-four thin glossy leafs (48 pages). (The same as books #2, #3, #4).
4. The last page of the later edition of book #1 says: "Publisher's note. --- The further adventures of Felix are told in book No. 2". The earlier book does not have this line. See pictures below.
5. This is one of the rarest and most valuable series. The books are collected by comic book collectors as well as Felix the Cat collectors.
6. The dust jackets are extremely rare.
7. A variant Felix #2 in buckram with an applique multicolored front cover picture has been seen.
8. It is unknown whether #3 and/ or #4 were actually published.
