128 pages. It was published in
1907 in two formats. Cloth which cost 50 cents and ooze calf in a box
which cost $1.00.
By 1909 the cloth version was no longer being published and a
board cover volume replaced it. The ooze calf book was not published
after 1908.
I have seen two board cover books for this title. I have not
seen the cloth or the ooze calf. I believe that the board cover with
the picture on it is the earlier of the two books.
