In the Wee Books for Wee Folks Series as well as the offshoot series the dust jackets almost always matches the book cover.
The only exception I have seen is Little Mousie Mousiekin below. This book is part of the Little Bunnie Bunniekin Series. (http://henryaltemus.com/series/series124.htm)
