This book has illustrated end papers and all the pictures are on glossy paper.

Later this title appeared in two formats in the Little Men and Women Series ( http://henryaltemus.com/series/series125.htm). The difference in the two formats is the cover color (beige versus yellow) and the letter coloring on the spine (red versus yellow). It is unclear which version is the earlier.
