Petit Trianon Series
Q: Good morning, These are some photos of an old book (Hamlet) I have that was printed by the Henry Altemus Company. I could not find any dates printed inside the book. I am wondering if you could help me to find out how old the book is as well as the value.
A: Your book was a published in 1900 as part of the Petit Trianon Series (Third numbering) Series 143.
During this year the left side of the volumes had a stereotyped pattern whereas the right half of the cover had one of numerous decorative patterns.

Good Time Series
Q: I recently found a book published by Henry Altemus and was hoping to get some more information on it. It is "Laddie" part 5 of the Good Times Series. I will attach pictures of the book. Any information would be helpful!
A: As you know, your book is part of the Good Time Series. This book is a reprint but with the jacket is quite nice.
Since this title is not in great demand, it has little value.

Q: Hello, I have this (The First Easter) and was wondering if you can give me some info? I did read what you had on your website about it, your books are lovely by the way! It appears it is one of the earlier editions. It is not in the best shape but it is copyrighted 1906. Someone unfortunately took a marker to a name a some point too:/ I'd appreciate any info you have as well as any idea of its value. Thanks so much!

Q: Hello, I picked up this copy of Uncle Tom's Cabin at a book sale. I'm just kind of wondering what year it was printed. It says Stowe died in 1898 in the “about the author” foreword, so I know it was printed after that, but is there any way you could identify it for me? It's pretty fun just having this in my hands.
